Our vacation was very very good, would definitely come back there. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. Booked a room with great bathroom.

The hotel was in a central location extremely close to the port. Comforts of good and amazing deluxe queen room with a balcony were fabulous.

Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

Quaint and impeccably clean hotel, large beds. Family room was compact and the food was outstanding. Delightful views of the marina and good facilities. Excellent and absolutely perfect location at walking distance from Marina Grande.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location was magnificent and perfect, for example, Marina Grande was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast offered variety of OUTSTANDING meals. The place had a family atmosphere.

The breakfast selection was good with sweet and excellent cappuccino, as example. All the staff was phenomenal, solved my issues. It had a charming and super location right by the funicular and Anacapri via bus/taxi and Capri Centro via walk/funicolare and the ferry. I ate at the terrace restaurant near the hotel.

Everything was good and the view was outstanding. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was a huge variety of decent food. Enjoyed the deluxe king room I was given, it had a balcony and a terrace. The staff I met were phenomenal and fabulous. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a stone stairway was charming and super.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

Central location close to the trolley or buses, Capri for more than one day and Amalfi coast, and restaurants and bars are near the hotel. Also, it is at a moderate distance from a stone stairway...

The room was a nice size with a balcony, the staff was very supportive. The hotel was close to the beach and near Sercomar. Besides, we were near restaurants and bars. Food in the rooftop restaurant was good. Its service was excellent...

For the value, Relais Maresca exceeded my expectations with a cozy and comfortable room, offering a stunning view of the sea. The location was convenient, being right by the port and easily accessible to the town. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly, helpful, and professional.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Very clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking port, nice bathroom, very convenient to ferry and boats fot touring island from water or day trips. So no walking around with luggage to find hotel. Most staff very polite and very helpful. Nice breakfast overlooking port.

The sound of the ferry motor during the night as it waited in port for early crossing was annoying and forced me to close the balcony door. I probably would have stayed up the hill near to Capri center had I understood the geography of the island when I booked... I like to go out for dinner and drinks after 10 pm and the funicular up to Capri center from port closes around 10/11 pm. There are a couple pizzerias in evening, but otherwise not much to do in port (trip was in mid-May).

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a perfect location near the port, beach, and cable car to Capri town. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the general manager, Antonio, made a great connection with us. Our room, although small, had a huge balcony and terrace that overlooked the sea. The hotel's facilities were beautiful and very clean, making it the ideal choice for a short trip.

The very pleasant and efficient staff.

The beds were very hard, but I think this may be the standard in Italy as we encountered this elsewhere. I probably wouldn't have noticed except for a recent back injury.This is not a complaint, just an observation

Incredible place. The hotels manager,Dominick, went out of his way for our trip and accomodated us at the last minute! We will be back!

Wifi internet access was not accessible from the room.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the ferry port and buses to Anacapri. The hotel had a nice rooftop restaurant with beautiful views. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially Cristina and Claudio, were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel even welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco on our honeymoon.
